A dozen or so years ago, Tshirtpusher.com's CEO hired a young man named Roman (a refugee who had hid in a boat for nearly a year) as a junior designer. The CEO made him work like a dog, and Roman the gypsy revealed himself as highly skilled. Every new design he produced outsold the last and our CEO made a fortune.

When Roman asked for his pay after a month of work, the CEO instructed: “Design me at least one good tshirt, Roman, and I shall pay you. That is how it works here in my country.”
